By accessing and using TixZen ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and current

TixZen operates as a secondary ticket marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Important points:

• Not an Official Seller: We are not affiliated with FIFA, event organizers, or official ticketing partners
• Resale Tickets: All tickets are resale tickets from third-party sellers
• Variable Pricing: Ticket prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value
• Market-Based: Prices fluctuate based on supply and demand
• No Control Over Events: We have no control over event scheduling, cancellations, or venue policies

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

If you list tickets for sale on our Platform, you agree to:

• Ownership: You own the tickets and have the right to sell them
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate details about the tickets (section, row, seat numbers)
• Delivery: Deliver tickets to buyers promptly after sale
• Pricing: Set reasonable prices (you determine the price)
• Fees: Pay applicable seller fees as disclosed on the Platform
• Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws regarding ticket resale

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Our Fan Protect™ Guarantee covers:

• Valid Tickets: Get valid tickets to the event or your money back
• On-Time Delivery: Receive tickets before the event or we'll find comparable seats
• Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, receive a credit worth 120% of your payment
• Secure Transactions: All transactions are encrypted and monitored for fraud

To file a claim under Fan Protect™, contact us within 48 hours of discovering an issue.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Sell counterfeit, invalid, or stolen tickets
• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use bots or automated systems to purchase tickets

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TixZen or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIXZEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for:

• Event cancellations, postponements, or changes
• Venue policies or restrictions
• Travel or accommodation expenses
• Third-party seller actions or failures
• Force majeure events beyond our control

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TixZen, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your sale or purchase of tickets through the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or the Platform
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TixZen
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
